OM Festival – Lauren Bleck
OM Festival – Lauren Bleck found her interest in yoga while in undergraduate studies in Colorado. She graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and set out to explore how she could incorporate her adventurous nature while providing a service to others.
She began cultivating her yoga practice on a trip to India in 2011 where she earned a Yoga Alliance Certification for 200 hours of training. Lauren returned to the United States with a true love for the culture as well as the spiritual practice of yoga. She went on to study Reiki and energy healing finally specializing in chanting and the relationship with the subtle energy system. She has since earned her RYT with over 500 hours and 10+ years within Kundalini Yoga and is a continuing education provider for the Yoga Alliance.
Lou can be found leading workshops throughout Montana and brings her offerings to conferences and festivals regionally, teaching both beginners and experienced yoga teachers.
