Vendor Details & Pricing

• Vending Dates:
  • Friday July 31st 10-2 PM
  • Saturday August 1st 12-4 PM
  • Sunday August 2nd 12-3 PM
  • Hours: (You can stay open later if you prefer – All vendors get a pass to the festival thus we want you to be able to join classes and workshops while vending at Om.)
• Location:
  • Vendor Village: Located at West Mountain Inn.
    • This site is on grass please plan accordingly.
  • OM Market: One-day opportunity for vendors around the festival grounds on Sunday, August 2nd
• Number of Vendor Spaces:
  • 20+ spaces in Vendor Village.
  •  2 Premium Spots in the Om Lounge near the Big Barn.
  • 10 spaces in OM Market.
  • 4 spots for wellness practitioners such as LMT, Reiki, Sound Healing Therapist.
  • 2 Food Truck spaces. (We allow food trucks to just do one day.)
• Booth Space:
  • 10’ x 10’ booth size and option to go to 10′ X 20′
  • For our out of town vendors we are now offering spaces with tents, tables, and chairs, while others may require you to bring your own setup (depending on location). Thus, pricing will reflect what you choose as a vendor.
• Pricing:
  • Vendor Village includes camping with Tent, Table and Chairs: $500+ and one car camping spot at Hidden Field.
  • Vendor Village no tent, no table, no chairs: $400+ and one car camping spot at Hidden Field.
  • Food Vendors: Starting at $300+ (I.E Food Trucks, Acai Bowls etc…) and one car camping spot at Hidden Field.
  • Wellness Vendors i.e single massage therapist, reiki practitioner, reflexologist Starting at $350+ and one car camping spot at Hidden Field.
  • The OM Market, Sunday, August 2nd (1 Day Vending) – $150+
  • Premium Booths – $800+ and one car camping spot car camping directly on site.
  • Sponsorships – $1000-$10,000

Essential Information & Application Process

• Load-in/Load-out Dates:
  • Load-in: We do allow vendors to coordinate with us and load in early as that makes it easier for everyone.  However official Load in is on Thursday, July 30th.
    • Om Market Vendors Load In Sunday, August 2nd
  • Load-out: Sunday, August 2nd (after festival ends)
• Application Process:
  • To apply, please complete the vendor application form.
    • Full payment is required prior to listing your business on our website.
    • You must be PAID in full before we can  allow any setup at the festival.
